Your rights when you buy from us;
Under the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 for online purchases and phone orders, consumers have a right to cancel orders within 7 working days, beginning the day after the goods are received. This covers even changing your mind but you must return the goods at your own cost.
Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, there are implied terms in our agreement that the goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for the intended purpose and as described. Should this not be the case, we will be responsible for a full refund including all postage costs (both ways).
